Weaved into my work are the energies of Mary Magdalene (heart) and Lilith (womb) as well as the forces of our Great Mother Earth together with the five alchemical elements earth, water, fire, air and ether.
My sessions are completely personalised. I cannot tell you what’s going to happen beforehand as we tap into what wants and needs to come through in the present moment. Be prepared to journey deeply. My intuitive guidance is based on womb heart alchemy and can include:
WOMB CLEANSING:
Especially as a woman, you store lifetimes of ancestral, cultural and collective trauma in your womb space originating from the patriarchal conditioning as well as your personal trauma which can show up as numbness, pain, heavy menstrual cramps, hormonal imbalance, feelings of shame, guilt and disconnection. Womb cleansing helps you to first of all become aware of what’s going on within your womb space and to release what keeps you from being connected to your feminine power, creativity, eros and inner wisdom. Examples for trauma that can be stored in your womb are traumatic birth, miscarriage, abortion, sexual abuse as well as cords that are connected to past lovers. Womb cleansing means to descend down into your shadows in order to being able to rise up.
EMOTIONAL CLEARING & EMBODIMENT PRACTICES:
We use breath, self-touch, sound and movement to connect you with the wisdom of your body and move stuck emotions out of your system – physically and energetically. These practices deepen your home coming back into your body. Root to rise!
INNER CHILD WORK:
Your inner little girl lives in your heart. She is still alive within you and wants to be seen, heard and felt. Inner child work is about dearmouring your heart and healing from any kind of love suffering. To fully and confidently embody the powerful woman you inherently are and live your purpose your inner little girl needs to be on board, as well. Her playfulness, vulnerability, joy and curiosity for life are an essential part of your wholeness.
ANCESTRAL HEALING:
As you choose your place and parents for coming to Earth, you also incarnate into the ancestral lines of your mother and your father. Sometimes the ancestors play an important role in your soul rememberance. They come through whenever you are about to take the next leap on your path. They carry both fears, trauma and pain from the human history which they don’t want you to pass on to the next generation as well as gifts that they would love to transmit to you. It’s a powerful healing step to connect with your ancestors on your path of your divine rememberance.
YONI HEALING:
Your yoni (Sanskrit for vagina) is your sacred temple where your inner goddess resides. I help you building a love relationship with your her and thus, igniting your life force energy which is your sexual energy so that you can use your eros to channel your energy into the birthing of new creations, your business, your (intimate) relationships or any kind of artwork. This work can include an initiation into the yoni egg practice, as well. It’s a home coming into your inner sensual garden and an exploration into the sacred feminine mysteries of your yoniverse.
SENSUAL SOUL SESSIONS
The sessions take place online via ZOOM in the comfort of your home. One session takes 60 minutes. However, the first session is 90 minutes long as I guide you through an initial shamanic journey to root your womb into the safety, security and stability of our Great Mother Earth which will set the foundation for our further work together. In between the sessions you are welcome to send me your questions and ideas or anything else you need support on via email. You’ll be inspired and nourished with life-changing exercises and delicious homework.
