WHAT’S AWAITING YOU:
MONTH 1: REWILDING & RECONNECTION WITH EARTH
By deeply rooting down into Mother Earth’ ground and communing with her great womb of creation as well as with the magic of your own menstrual cycle you will set the firm and stable foundation for everything that’s about to follow on your path. Comprehending yourself as a daughter of this Earth and reclaiming your birthright to exist and feel fully alive in your physical body is your prerequisite for remembering who you really are as a woman.
A woman is the mortal representative of our Great Mother Earth. The strong connection to her body is the gateway to her true power as well as to the pulse of life itself.
MONTH 2: HEART HEALING & EMOTIONAL CLEARING
You will get back in touch with your inner little girl who lives in your heart. She’s still alive within you, she wants to be seen, heard and felt and needs to be on board, as well, as you are stepping into your purpose. Through inner child work and embodiment practices to move stuck emotions out of your system you will de-armour your heart, heal from love suffering and deepen your homecoming back into the wisdom of your heart’s voice.
From lifetimes of violent heartbreak a woman arises and awakens to her gift.
MONTH 3: WOMB CLEANSING
You will descend down into the wild darkness of your womb where you store lifetimes of ancestral, cultural and collective trauma originating from the patriarchal conditioning as well as your personal traumatic experiences which can physically manifest as numbness and any kind of pain as well as feelings of shame and guilt. You will also meet your ancestors who play an important role in your rememberance of your intuitive gifts. They carry both fears, trauma and pain from the human history which they don’t want you to pass on to the next generation as well as gifts that they would love to transmit to you. Healing your womb space will reconnect you with your creativity, sensuality and inner wisdom.
A wild woman is aware of the sacred activities within her womb. She listens to them carefully and sooner or later she unapologetically expresses the truth that arises from that.
MONTH 4: YOUR SACRED TEMPLE – YOUR YONI
You will build a love relationship with your yoni (Sanskrit for the female genitalia). She’s the seat of your original life force energy which is your sexual energy as well as your creative energy. You will gently and lovingly explore the hidden treasures, your sexual pleasure and the feminine mysteries within your yoni as she represents your commitment for your aliveness and the utilisaton of your potential as an empowered woman.
A woman loving her yoni is an infinite well of creativity, pleasure and intuitive wisdom.
MONTH 5: SENSUAL LIFE FORCE ACTIVATION
Through sensual embodiment practices, self-pleasure and erotic dance you will discover your inner sensual garden, liberate your sexual nature and thus, activate your inner fire and zest for living your truth. Coming back home to your senses and your sexuality makes you experience the divinity within the matter.
A woman’s divine homecoming is rooted in her earth-based sexuality.
MONTH 6: GODDESS EMBODIMENT
You will learn how to connect with your inner goddess, unlock her codes and channel her wisdom to bring her into your reality.
