No matter if you want to make love with the quantum to manifest a physical desire or reach higher states of consciousness, the actual act of sex magic by its very nature is simple. But how do you get there? What does it take to have such an extent of awareness and body connection to open yourself up to the potential of sex magic?

1) THE RELATIONSHIP WITH YOUR ANIMAL BODY

When you want to consciously work with your sexual energy, you have to have a relationship with your primal. Sexuality bridges the gap between spirit and matter. Your physical body is the gateway.

It’s a rewilding reconnection process with your own flesh, bones and blood to fully inhabit your physical vessel as a channel for the divine.

2) AWARENESS OF YOUR WOMB TRAUMA

Your sexual life force is generated from your womb. It can be not fully accessed or get blocked from a free flow when there are emotional blockages or traumas stored in the tissues from ancestral imprints, past lovers, relationship breakdowns, labour trauma, miscarriage, abortion, sexual abuse, incarnation trauma and anything related to patriarchal/ societal or religious conditioning.

You don’t have to be “fully healed” in order to perform s.x magic, but just be aware when feelings of shame or guilt arise and your ability to surrender is hindered. Eventually those traumas can also be alchemised through the process itself.

3) OPEN UP YOUR SENSUAL GATEWAYS

Your breath, touch, movement and sound are portals to access your sexual life force energy and open yourself up to the quantum field. These sensual gateways require you to be in the present moment.

Practice diaphragmatic breathing to use the whole capacity of your breath of life, open the back of your throat to sound from your primal, explore your touch and move in sync with the flow of your life force.

4) FEEL YOUR HEART

Magic can be misused and we currently see how the whole world is under a huge spell of misalignment with the purity of the human heart – appearing as corruption, manipulation and trauma-based mind-control.

Connect with your heart, especially with your inner child that still lives in your heart, and feel into what you really want to manifest, attract into your life and experience from a place of your heart’s inner truth. What is your genuine intention in harmony with the natural lore and organic rhythms of the Earth?

5) PRACTICE!

Your ability to perform sex magic doesn’t derive from reading books or listening to podcasts about it. It’s a hands-on practice that requires you to consciously set time and sacred space aside to practice on a regular basis and discover what it actually means to be led by your own sexual life force and vibrate on your innermost truth through your embodiment dancing in the quantum.
