Especially as women, we store lifetimes of ancestral, cultural and collective trauma in our womb originating from the patriarchal conditioning as well as our ancestral and personal trauma which can show up as numbness, pain, heavy menstrual cramps, hormonal imbalances, feelings of shame and guilt as well as a disconnection from our true essence.
